Offshore registered villa
 

Hi,

I am househunting at the moment and keep coming across villas that are registered to an offshore company, I know this is to avoid paying certain fees and taxes but are there any serious disadvantages or dangers.

I have heard that Greece has recently put heavy taxes on these types of properties - do you think there is a danger of that happening here.
