happy new year:D,im new at this so if a start typing dribble thats because i cant really think of anything to say.i hope everybody had a good xmass and new year.hope that the weather is better there than it is here as i am bringing half a van full of stuff over on the 22nd jan to cp :thumbsup:and will be there for a week b4 returning back to blighty:(oh well not long now till my house is completely finished and hopfully i can move in.i am just starting up a new removals and delivery buisness to pt as well so hopefully 2009 will be better for me than 2008 was.hope to make lots of new friends and speak to you all soon regards paul

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum. You are not able to make or receive Private Messages until you have made three post so we will have to do this in the full glare of publicity for everyone.

How big is a empty half of your Van (what is it) and which route will you be taking (are you down the M1 past Milton Keynes). We start our move out on the 31st Jan to Ayamonte on the Portuguese border. We will bring a load of stuff in the Sharan with top box and trailer but there is more to shift so where in Central Portugal are you heading and when do you set off back to blighty? Could we do something mutually beneficial?

You are not allowed to advertise on this part of the forum but you can include a web address in your signiture box and under your avatar you can put links to any classifieds you may have posted in that section but in any case another couple of posts and you can PM encodeme and us but the other two sugestions would be permanent links to you!

my van is 17m3 and i have about 9m3 space left i am leaving on the
22nd jan ferry from portsmouth to cean in france so have quite a drive ahead of me dont see as it will be a problem as long as the dates are good for you.

Thanks for the No but will you use the M1 or M5 and where will you be in Portugal? Have found you web addy through your profile but you would be better putting it in you signiture. We will drive all the way from MK via the chunnel and be down in Ayamonte in 3-5 days depending on how the weather is through south France north Spain so I guess we will be too late for you!

We have a small tractor to come down from Wiltshire to the West Algarve. It is about the size of a large lawn mower.
