New residence permits for Brits in Pt before 31/12/20
Latest Brexit offering - have fun with this one! Apparently the site is up and running and accepting applications. Just been posted as news on Facebook, so I think I would wait a few days to let the rush settle ...

Yep. I managed to register but my wife's certificate number was not recognised. The nice lady on the telephone helpline was as confused as me. Let's see what an email to SEF achieves.

Yup done all that but as far as I can see there is no record of my email and no option to include it in my personal details so they have no way of emailing me to set up an appointment

When you login to register it asks you to check your details, thats where your email and tel number are, which you can edit/update/enter before you acknowledge and register.

As I thought, I already filled this in. But as far as I can see there s no space for email - my phone number is on it and I've downloaded the certificado via the QR code thingy, but I can't see any way of adding my email.
