need help selling house in S.B Messines

Hello
I'm trying to help my mother in law sell her guest house in S.B Messines and need to a english speaking real estate agent to help advise on some legalities etc

Does anyone know of one please ?

Also if anyone have any recommendations as to which estate agent to use or any other helpful information it would be greatly appreciated !

Most estate agents in the Tavira/Olhao/Faro areas speak English, just pick one.

If you’re selling they’ll all speak fluent English. Just negotiate the fee.

Try Minita in Silves. We bought from them 20 years ago and are near Messines.

That's the one I was thinking of.
Local agents are always better than the large ones who try to cover the Algarve oreven parts of the Algarve.
