When I applied, Clix quoted me 5 - 8 weeks to install because there was no previous connection. I asked why?? And they told me they would have to go through PT.
So I took Cleri,s advice and presented myself at the PT agent on Monday and on Wednesday I had the phone and next day broadband was activated.
Sometimes you just dont save anything going for the cheapest.
