Or visit their shop in Forum Faro,they all speak english and very often a face to face chat can result in a good deal.
Worked for me. I went to see then with a complaint and they switched me to a fibre contract for little more than I was already paying for (poor) adsl
Wasn,t even aware that there was fibre available in my area .
