Looking for a CAD designer to help with building plans

Does anyone know a good CAD designer to help put together some building plan submissions? Must have good English and be reasonably priced, ideally.

Knowing how to design stuff in CAD software, knowing the relevant building regulations to adhere to and how to grease the cogs of authority to get it passed are quite different things.

Best bet would be to look on Upworks.com or similar I would say, if you haven't already. You'll find fixed price, or able to negotiate, and can see lots of reviews.
