Hi just joined the forum, wondering if any one had any ideas, hopeing to emmigrate over next year. Have been told the best way would be to buy land then to build a lodge, wouldnt have to pay council tax on the lodge it being classified as a non permenaint structure ? as any body done this already or could give advise or built please help
