Iv`e noticed loads of brand new 2 bed apts for sale in lagos !,is this lovely town now becoming overbuilt and spoilt .just concerned as that would be a great shame.
any info!, as we where looking at the town as one of the places to move to.
please help thanks.

Well in my very humble opinion,I think its inevitable.
Look at the huge investments being made in the Algarve over the next few years,not forgetting Svens 80 odd million euro complex,just outside of Lagos,when the hotel and stadium have been built,the villas and townhouses will follow.:(

Just read about the sporting complex, ah it makes sense why there`s so much building work going on . thanks for the reply.
