Question Kids immunisation and vaccination

Does anyone know what is required for kids school immunisation? Such as MMR, meningitus,

register at the ministerio da saude, have all your medical records from uk, then they will tell you what jabs the kids need (men c, mmr, td,dt. etc), we looked into doing this in the uk, but would have to go private, here its free and they can,t start school without them.

Which school state or private? My understanding is that it's not mandatory to have jabs as long as parents sign a declaration of responsibility!?
