Hi I have a holiday home near Fatima and my insurance insists someone checks it out each month. My neighbours are happy to keep an eye on the place but won't go in. Can anyone suggest a keyholding company or do most people not bother?

We have a combination of our lovely gardener/pool man (doesn't do him justice because really he's part of the family) and the lady who does occasional cleaning for us who have access to the house.
