IMT tax for a disused factory and plot
Hello,
I'm hoping there maybe someone on here who could provide some advice. I'm trying to purchase a disused commercial building and plot and am being charged 6.5% IMT tax.
Is this correct or is there any way to have the building assigned as my main residence where the tax is at the more usual 2%
