Have PT house prices changed in 2020

A similar question was raised 6 months ago with regards to covid 19. I suspected they would go down given the fall in the economies but the UK has announced house price rises (the furlough scheme has obviously worked).
Did Portugal have a furlough scheme? How has the economy changed since I was last in Portugal in January 2020? Is their economic optimism and have house prices changed?

Coronavirus pandemic

César Oteiza, general director of idealista Portugal, highlights that "idealista's report studies the evolution of house prices in the first quarter of the year, so the national emergency situation is not yet reflected in these figures". He adds that "in the period under analysis, the data contemplates a slight increase in the Portuguese market, and from now on we will probably see decreases in house prices in Portugal, although the scenario after the period of coronavirus confinement is still one of total uncertainty. Everything will depend on the duration and scale of the crisis generated by the pandemic, along with the capacity of the Portuguese economy to recover".

Just my opinion, but the 2018/19 increases, at least in the Algarve, were fuelled by estate agents promising, and getting high prices, which I think would have dropped when the stampede from France slowed down......on idealista many many prices now reduced by 15 - 20%, especially regarding new apartments.

To be honest I didn’t feel the price has dropped, or the sales has reduced. Especially the near city areas close to nature.
