"Several people" were involved today in a situation of disorder with firearms at the Benfica Market in Lisbon, the PSP spokesman told Lusa, saying that the suspects fled the site before the arrival of police.

SÉrgio Soares said that, so far, there is no information of injuries, adding that the alert for the situation of "disorder involving firearms" was received at 2:45 p.m., and the Public Security Police (PSP) immediately moved to the site, but on its arrival "it was not possible to intercept any suspects."

The PSP identified witnesses to the shooting at the Benfica Market, confirming that there were shots, but not knowing how many.

Also according to the spokesman of the PSP, ammunition casings were found outside the Benfica Market and knowledge of the situation was given to the Judicial Police (PJ).

Regarding the suspects of the shooting, the PSP has indication of "several people", without specifying how many, since the investigation is still "in development", in the sense of locating those involved, who abandoned the place by car.

This is becoming new norm in Lisbon.

This is what happens when you allow 300K illegals to settle. They have zero chance getting any meaningful jobs, which creates poverty that leads to crime.

Hmm, interesting.
Didn't realize speaking out facts can get one labeled as right wing lover.
I would be first in line to throw brick on right wing chega mugs, but that doesn't mean I wont speak out my mind.
I guess these days one must stay quiet or be canceled, not me.

Just because you believe your diatribe, doesn't make ti a fact.

You do know that asylum seekers are not "illegals"? They are no more illegal than you are.

What on earth are you talking about?
This discussion is about PT, not UK. Who's talking about asylum seekers? Do try to keep up with facts.

Right, and you have seen everything, everywhere? So, your assumptions are facts now?
