Just for general information today I received an SMS from Galp threatening to cut off my electricity supply due to an unpaid invoice for €18,50,- from July 2017
As I have a direct debit for Galp I rang their Customer Service to query what was happening.
The explanation - at that time last year they were "Updating their Systems" and failed to issue the bank documents.
Thought this may be of interest to those who also have their electricity from Galp.

Your right. Galp pretty hopeless outfit. They did miss sending d.d.'s out at the end of 2017. Then sending double demands recently. Useless to contact, may not get email reply. Chat is u/s if trying to send a reading. Requests for an official reader to verify that my own readings are correct not their hopelessly wild estimates are ignored.
