After too much sagres & good food...its time " get a grip!" & begin my healthy lifestyle ...!!
Im looking for a running machine & some small weights initally..( to go in the garage)

Could anyone recommend anywhere to start looking...

I looked in the shop window yesterday (Sunday) and they had a treadmill on display. Seemed a bit steep at €840 though.

Why don't you go to the local gym for a month and see how it goes there, then if you want to continue at home look around (or ask at the gym) for some equipment that you think will match what you want to achieve. Only a sugestion.

The Freedom Gym is okay. You can find this by crossing over the temporary bridge toward the Mad Hatters bar where you enter that small square. Take the road on the right after passing the chicken resturant and pizza place, it is a no entry road so you will have to walk. The gym is up there about 150 metres on your left on a corner. Opens at 9.30am Mon to Fri and 10am on Sat, closed on Sun.
