We have just had our inspection, the assesor compared the plans to the build.
Took photos of and measured all the door and windows, double glazing gap etc. Checked the theoretical performance of major appliances . Checked our aircon and solar panel specifications. We would have got a better rating if we had an annual service agreement in place for these. |

So what about ruins & old properties? Mine is mud walls, cannas & pantile roof, old wooden doors & windows, no appliances, no plans to speak of.....
