Energy certificate cost and engineer - Tavira
 

Hi,
Could anyone recommend someone to provide an energy certificate in Tavira and how much they should cost? I've been quoted an awful lot to get one.

Hi,
The cost would be depend of the house/apartment, but incl. state fees and VAT, it should be ca. €100/150

Blimey, that's gone down. When we sold our house, 3 and a half year ago, it cost 250€.

Ask EDP, see what they have to say. Or an estate agent maybe able to help, with a contact.

Cost me 80 quid. In uk for mine .
waste of money but unable to list house without it whereas in portugal many properties listed with ' energy cert in progress'

A 3 bedroom house cost me €250 as I didn't have any floor plans.

yes quote of 275 for energy plus for new house habitation license you also need an acoustic certificate at a cost of 280.
and you must have all plans and all info regarding construction and all insulation etec used.
What a joke,,,,acoustic !!!! For a detached house !! But will do nothing for all of the dogs that bark all day and all night
