Driving a portuguese insured car on uk licence
Hi, I understand that in Portugal it is the car that is insured rather than the person. In this situation, is it legal for a uk resident with a uk license to drive a Portuguese car owned and insured by a portuguese person?

Pre Brexit that situation was generally got around by carrying written (and notorised) permission from the registered owner.
However, we are now in somewhat of a grey area.
Probably best to get an answer directly from the horses mouth - Local GNR
