Can anyone advise as to what are the current rules / requirements for driving from Spain to Portugal ?

The vaccination certificate is not yet running. The EU are aiming to have it operational by the 1 July. This is for EU citizens only. The UK have their own system and hopefully they are in negotiations with the various countries to see if it is acceptable.

Bomber Harris very helpfully linked to this on the bread about flying in. Article 23 relates to entering Pt from Spain via land border, and concurs with the information now available on the SEF website (no test or Covid documentation would appear to be required coming direct from U.K. and not having been in India/Brazil/S Africa in previous 14 days):

Does anyone know if its the same if you travel by the VRSA/Ayamonte Ferry in the Algarve - in either direction?
