Bake your own bread, make twelve loaves, keep two and give the rest away to neighbours. That's the Portuguese way I,ve encountered.

We have been given, bread, cakes, fruits,veg,fish and even home brewed hooch.

UMM cars. I know that production of these amazing vehicles has now ceased in Portugal but they have a worldwide fan club. If you have never heard of them put the name UMM into google and watch some of the off road gymnastics of this tank of a car.

Thanks Mags-Eddie will take a look..There was something 5/ 6 yrs ago in the press about some sort of Mini Mokes made here? Apparently if you can find one they a worth quite a bit of money!!
