Deliveries....letting off steam, here.

Re: Deliveries....letting off steam, here.
I've had three deliveries from GLS this week, as well as a few during the last month; all were delivered. Calls made, driver found my place.
So I think there has been some efforts at improvement.
I hope the rest of you start seeing better service too.
Meanwhile, I've found an ebay item I really want from Germany, Seller only posts to German addresses [like most German sellers].
Does any German company offer services like Algarve removals and Direct Transport do from the UK?
That is, bringing over small parcels at small prices?

Here's an absolute belter.
We ordered some goods a month or so ago and all eventually got delivered and we're happy with the quality etc.
Now we order more and get told FedEx cannot find your address please update your address.
It's been back and forth with the company but they still insist that our address is not correct even though they've already delivered to us.
American company by the way.
Patience has ended and have requested a refund.
You couldn't make it up....
Eta it was same company whose goods got intercepted at Lisbon

Re: Deliveries....letting off steam, here.
Sorry to hear of your trials and tribulations, Dingg.
I have ordered a petrol hedge cutter from UK. They are sending via DPD, so I have given my local Intermarche pickup point as the delivery address. Do you think they will be able to find it?
There is a bright side. I am getting less and less willing to buy anything for delivery here, so am saving a fortune in non purchases....

Unfortunately, it's not strong enough to cut cars in half...
I'm doing some upgrades next week though, so maybe it will cut a bit better than before.
Not cars though.
