Change address on residency card

We have just moved and I cannot for the life of me find out how to notify SEF/AIMA of our change of address and get a replacement card.
Does anyone know how or where can this be done, is on line possible or is a visit to an office required?

Dont waste your time. You can try next year, if web portal gets up and running.

It took me 6 months when SEF was still up and running
