CAPITAL GAINS ON RENTAL
Does anyone have any information on capital gains tax regarding closing down a alojamento local.
We are thinking about not renting our apartment any more due to a number of problems, and wondered what the tax implications are for closing down the alojamento local.
We are UK non residents and registered with finances under the simplified regime.
Was hoping someone on here may have been through the process.
