"Caldeirada à Pescador" in Sesimbra
Who comes to Sesimbra can not miss the good food, fresh fish dishes and tasty, delicious seafood and traditional desserts.
Today i want tell you about a delicious dish "Caldeirada à Pescador" (fisherman stew). It is a mix of fish, but not all the fish, are particularly monkfish, duck and purple challenge, and a few clams. Everything is wrapped in a mix of onion, tomato, garlic and olive oil with potatoes in half moons. The result is a rich and fine dish of fish that will be hard to forget and not to repeat.
