Dear All,
I'm looking for someone who setted up a business in Portugal or took it over from someone else. Could you talk we trough the steps. Prefably looking for someone who actually doesn't live in Portugal but is owning a business there.

Hi,
You can easily open an businesss/company here with a program called empresanahora. In fact, you can easily manage to create a company online or at any local branch of the Conservatória do Registo Predial e Comercial.
In order for you to buy someone's business, you must buy his shares of the equity of the company.
