My friend has just bought a plot of land a few Kilometres from Tavira , and looking for some builders to give him some quotes. Does anyone know of a good builder? Thank you.

He also needs to get plans drawn up by an architect for submission to the camara .
As with many things in Portugal better not to use professionals who are linked to each other.
Architect and plans that will be approved first, then get quotes for the build.
