pt telecom took only 4 days after enquiry to install a new line for us, might have ben lucky but seems that local consensus is their pretty good like that, have you considered the use of skype at all through your pc , pc to pc its totally free.theres also certain numbers (o8) you can get through the uk that makes ringing from uk so much cheaper.
