Apply for IDL in Portugal to drive in other countries.
Could someone please let me know where I could go in Portugal to apply for the International Driving License (IDL), which is needed if I want to drive overseas?
In the UK, for example, I could go to the Post Office and apply for one. It doesn't appear that CTT do the same in Portugal. Where could I go instead? Many thanks.

Good news is that you can do it by post if needed
Bad news is don't expect it to be as cheap as UK, many countries use it as a money printer e.g
Uk £5
Portugal €48
Indonesia 2million IDR (£100)
