Appartment advice....
 

Hi,
I might buy a small apartment or town house in a town somewhere north of Lisbon. Possibly Coimbra area. It might be good to rent out a room or two to a student for money and also I like flat sharing. I might also do couch surfing hosting. What are the regulations around this? Ie fire certificates, etc etc.
Or is is usually a black economy thing?
