Anyone flown to Faro recently?
If so, outside of the airlines requirements, what else will I need to be allowed in the country? I know of the form I have to fill in, is there anything else, I think reuirements are changing all the time.

Flew Ryanair Italy to LIS last week and the PT official form which was required in the past wasn't even asked for this time. Just the walk under the thermal camera at luggage collection. Not sure if this indicative, but beyond this regulations and/or their implementation seems flexible if not arbitrary. Can't imagine a small airport being stricter than LIS but I may be wrong.

Flew into Faro from Bournemouth at the end of October, I offered my Form to the immigration Guard who inspected my Passport and was told to just keep the Form with me !

Flown in twice in the last month or so. The form is now submitted online, so obviously no one will ask for it.
Bear in mind that Faro is in partial lockdown so the bus service to the airport is reduced (esp in evening). Otherwise it is almost completely deserted!
Bring some sunshine Torrential rain much of the time for about a week now!

Car rental is stupidly cheap. Last week I paid 7 euros for 4 days' rental.
This is rain like you never seen it!

I imagine that will cost a lot more - always does!

I'm coming strraight out of lockdown into tier 3, I'll be in quarantine when I get back from Portugal. I wish they would roll out that vaccine.

Wales had their so-called fire-break and everyone took to the streets just before it to buy presents. I've never seen streets so full, so now they're back in lockdown. Hang on in there, the vaccine is coming!
