AL tax situation
If a property is changed to a property with an AL what is the tax implication, if any?
I seem to remember that a property with an AL cannot be sold as a `Main Residence` even if rented out only for 3 months of the year, and therefore could not benefit from Roll over reinvestment relief to another property. That is unless the AL was removed, but then there might be self inflicted IMT to pay to do that?
Anyone know the exact rules today?

In the past I found https://www.alesclarecimentos.pt/ to be a useful source of relevant information.
