Advice required

I have been informed that should my parents villa be repossessed in Portugal that i as the first born son have the legal right to purchase the villa after the auction , can anyone please advise ???

If you have the money to purchase after auction why not lend them the money to stop it being repossessed in the first place.

After all they are your parents!!
