Address change required with AT / SEF.
We would like to change our address with the PT tax authority, but it appears that this could not be done online.
Instead we found this telephone number (351) 217 206 207. When we called the number we were presented what appears to be a series of options, but all were given in Portuguese, which we could not understand.
Could anyone please help us and provide the menu options so we could speak to one of their agents?
Furthermore, has anyone actually changed their address with AT / SEF recently? What was your experience, and are there nuances we need to be aware of?

Depends on your situation, but PT-PT is definitely possible online. This previous thread gives more details: registering change of address on the Portal das Financas?
