Airport bound. Doesn't seem that long ago I was flying down to sit the exams. Here's hoping for the same result.

Just tried the agiliyy test for the first time after running the shuttle run, 8.1 for me. Tweaked me achillies slightly on one turn on the shuttle run, but managed 17.3 on the agility test. Happy with that for a first effort and with a slightly dodgey achillies. Will be back for some more tries before the big day, 20th Sept.

Mine is next Wednesday and Thursday. Going to the smoke or three nights and planning a big drink on the 12th no matter what I've done (or not done!!!)
Been for physio yesterday on my calf, another appointment Monday and then just hope it isn't screw up on me

They tell you after each exercise if you have passed so as long as you don't dip an exercise you'll be ok.

All I'd say about the interview is just be yourself, mine felt positive but who knows with these things....
