Penultimate training session tonight. It's almost here. Hope you're all training hard and injury free.

Vikki - give the man a break. The odd beer or wine here or there won't harm his chances. In fact, I'd argue that it will help him unwind, because, trust me, like everyone else he'll have it on his mind 24/7. A bit relaxation will help the mental stress and the bleep is a whole lot about mental toughness.
He did the bleep and and agility and passed so I have gave him a break now lol. He just stressing about the interview. But like I said as long as he gives a 100% what else can he do. At the end if the day they must understand people get nervous in the interview when their future is at stake. I think he just getting stressed as he feels he won't get the chance again if he messes this one up.
Good luck with your test and interview it's not long now is it?

Phantasm - good luck mate.

Vikki - glad you relented and followed my advice. For me the process is about finding the right balance between working hard on fitness and interview prep and down time. Which isnt easy when you're also working full time and have kids. My own opinion is that if you're not a little stressed going in to the interview then you don't really want it that much.

Your better half will be just fine. A race isn't only won on race day. It's won with hard work in the months leading up to it.

My race days are Wednesday/Thursday coming.
