How long did people have to wait to get ACRO certificates back?

Hello all,
Anyone have any information on claiming taxes back on moving costs? I've heard talk about this but can't seem to find any information anywhere on what taxes/how to do it?

For info relating to the ACRO checks, I received an email to state that they had a security breach on the site, which would explain why the site was down.

Well done mate, exciting times. Have you looked at accommodation when you get there, all being well?

Have you opted for the September intake or asked for a delayed start? I take it you will be told when to apply for a visa by WAPol?

is the selection pool where they tell you to get your visa?
Or is that another step?

no mate we can’t go until March 2024 so we’ve stated that. A few more today have been selected out of the pool and been given a job offer. I only went in the pool last Thursday so I’m expecting to hear maybe next week

thanks guys. So the selection pool is where you are placed after completing everything and this is where they select people from to give a job offer and take details for your visa. Then after a bit you’ll get an email to go ahead and start the visa application and unfortunately pay for them haha.

Timescales are I think people who’ve been put into the pool have waited between 7 and 14 days roughly between Being selected for the pool and receiving the job offer.

hope this helps somewhat

mossy1986 I take it March 2024 is personal reasons? Or the next intake? Do they have a planned intake schedule for the next few years? As all I've heard is September, but that might be October?

Visa times appear to be longer too from the Immi website.
