I’ve been told today that a UK applicant has failed the interview. They found out today. I still haven’t heard. No news good news at this stage

mossy1986 The way I read that is you heard via Aus? Rather than via someone in the UK.

Or am I wrong? 👍

no mate I found out from a uk applicant that another uk applicant had been told they had failed the interview.

just thought I’d let you know as a few people have asked if anyone been told they are unsuccessful. This is the first one I’ve heard of

Thanks for posting this, at least we can see some movement even if third or fourth hand anyway.
Do you know by chance when the applicant who failed their interview did their interview?

It could be this that you read - Applicants that are not progressed to Stage 3 assessments will be given an individual reapplication date (if applicable). If you are given a reapplication date, we encourage you to reapply.
Looks like maybe if you score to a certain level they offer you the chance to reapply once again??

It’s a 12month reapplication date. If unsuccessful. That’s from someone who’s recently been told

I agree, I bet WAPol are absolutely made up with how many applicants they’ve had. Suppose it keeps the standard up, given they have to choose suitable candidates from 9000 miles away.
