The people who have found out if they’ve been successful were interviewed between 2nd and 20th Jan. so it was a 5 week wait for the people interviewed on 2nd but people who interviewed 20th only had to wait 3 weeks. I haven’t heard if anyone have failed

I have only just done mine this week, but they did say 2 to 6 weeks...
So head up, you still have a week to go at least... fingers crossed
It may be simple things like references coming back at different times and checks coming back at different times..

True enough cheers, I wonder also do they case manage applications, then if on leave for a week or so things can fall behind. There hasn't been any order so far as such. Surely theyll reply if ya fail too.

Definately the references are a factor, most if not all forces won't let staff do work related ones. They have to go through HR... 🙈
