Re: WA Police International Transition recruitment
Hi guys,
got my interview on 23rd of feb - good to know that people are passing to the next stage!
A quick question for any existing WA officers, I think I saw one or two on the thread. Are transitional officers allowed to apply for specialist departments? I understand that I’ll have to do my time on patrol and I’m not adverse to that. But would like to specialise at some point in the future.
cheers guys

Re: WA Police International Transition recruitment
I was given an interview date of the 21st march last week. So I will more than likely not get a start date of 23rd September if all goes well. Wouldn't be surprised if I got a 2024 start date if successful!

Could be a September 23 start too ya never know. When it gets down to the nitty gritty of lads having to resign from their current force and paying for visas, packing their bags and actually going lots apparently pull out.
