Just got an invite to interview in the beginning of March.
I submitted my paperwork 12 December

I think itโ€™s going to be a bit like interviews here for promotions, covering competencies they want you to hit providing examples etc

There are core values and competencies. You are asked to prepare best evidence for each.

From speaking to a couple of contacts at the Academy, they're looking to start the first lot of Transitional courses around September 2023.

Each class will be about 20.

They don't seem to have put a limit on how many Transitionals they want to recruit overall, but they could end the international recruiting at any time. So anyone still thinking on it might want to get on and put an application in.
