Huge congrats. I sent mine off 15 days ago so hoping it won't be too much longer. Best of luck!

Congratulations and good luck to all who have their interview.
I sent my assessment off about a week and a half ago so don't imagine I’ll hear until into the new year now.
Scary times!

Does anyone know what the interview is like?
Is there a formal board type format or more like a chat and you pretty much have the job if you got that far?

I had a formal interview with Senior Sgt from Recruitment. If you prepare for something similar, then anything less is a bonus.

Hi all,

I submitted my fitness test stuff and completed the psycho tests over 3 weeks ago now and still havent heard anything. My local force did however receive an email from WA Police asking for my reference documentation, which at this point still has not been sent by my local force.

Does anyone know if WA Police are waiting to receive this before sending interview invites? Anyone else had the same?

Thanks in advance!

I also submitted over 3 weeks ago and heard nothing. I'm not sure if they require references prior to giving an interview date. I'd say they'll be waiting for my lot to reply to them if that's the case. With 20 a month resigning from Garda force,I can't see them being too co- operative in assisting wapol poach further members. Unfortunately.
