Honestly I was lucky with the GP. It took weeks but I gave it in early and he did not charge me anything at all

Hi, I’ve passed the interview, done the psychology tests and got my medical next week. Already done the fitness and swimming. I also am going through the application for Western as well but QPS are definitely quickly in getting things done as I applied for QPS a few months after Western and are still waiting for interview results(had the interview in May) but I know this is getting held up due to my force not giving references. Has anyone been offered a position yet? I was told that possibly the first intact for the PACE program might be in November and I have been recommended for the PACE program.

Does QPS conduct a preliminary vetting process before scheduling an interview? How long did you have to wait for your interview from the time you provided your contact details?" how the interview and Pychological test were done, is it via zoom?thank you

I did the online tests 23rd March 2300 hours
tests passed and asked to apply 27th March
previous policing experience form completed May
All relevant documents and certificates submitted June
Interview 2nd August 2330 hours
told I passed interview and recommended for PACE program 4th August
Psychology test 15th August 0330 hours
and have medical booked for 8th September.

All tests were done via teams and you have to be watched by someone on line when doing them. Interview was via teams or zoom. I believe QPS contacted work (HR and PSD) before my interview.

Thank you for your response. So, it seems that you're just waiting for your physical fitness test? Hopefully, I'll be interviewed soon since I just submitted all my documents to QPS.

ive already done the physical but it did take my GP 3 months to complete the form and had to pay for it.

How long did your an physiological test test result take? And you mentioned that the next in is in Novemeber. When is the next course?

the test took about 2 hours and I haven’t had the results, from what I understand if they aren’t happy with any of your answers you might get a an interview, it does say there isn’t right or wrong answers and you just need to be honest with your answers and be yourself. I do not know when the intake are. Where are you at with the process?

FYI, anyone at the final stages you will need an recent Hep B serology report showing your levels. Mine was from 2013 so have had to arrange a further blood test.
