Hi there,

Interested in hearing from anyone who has moved from the UK to anywhere else overseas in a Police role. Have you gone through a transfer or have you applied through the normal Police Recruitment process which is open to all outside of the Police?

Where in particular r u interested in? I transferred to RCIP (Cayman Is) 4 years ago on career break from UK after answering ad in Police Review.

Being a British cop he has quite a few options, namely :

Gibralter (i think)
Cayman Islands
Bermuda
Canada (various forces,)
New Zealand
West Australia
South Australia

All of the above recruit from the UK, the Oz forces and NZ forces have an ongoing campaign, West Oz are currently recruiting if you look at their website. Some options and packages are better than others depending on what you are looking for.

Hi, i'm from the islands of Trinidad & Tobago i'm a cop there but presently working in New york at the united nations as a security officer which i must say sucks, i am about to apply to the rcip can anyone give me some insight on how it is there, although being from the caribbean i know it will be better for me than here right now.
