Overseas recruitment

Hello All,

I am new to this forum but have been reading through some of the threads. I understand that I have just missed out on a recruitment drive from Western Australia. I have nearly 7 years service all frontline. Does anybody here in the UK or anyone who is currently in Australia happen to know when Australia are likely to recruit again from the UK?

Ideally South Australia, but any force will do.

Regards

To be honest mate, no one really knows if any of the Australian Forces will be coming back. All I can say is keep looking on their websites and on forums like this. Trust me, if their is so much as a sniff, it will make a thread on here.

All the best and good luck

You might want to (a) be more patient, given that most of Australia was asleep between your two posts; and (b) re-read Site Rule no. 13. ;)

Mmm thanks for the advise.

Good luck to all those who have their assessments in September, I for one am extremely jealous. Are their any rumours of south Australia recruiting at all this year or next?

I am literally checking their site every day. Gutted I missed the WA recruitment drive....

Some posts on other threads suggesting that due to Goverment demands they may have to recruit again to meet the figures promised by the WA Goverment. Keep checking.
