Ospre/Sergeant's experience welcomed?
Hello,
I was wondering how Ospre is looked at. WAPOL recruitment asked for a copy of my Ospre certificate. Is the sergeant jump easier with it? Anyone transferred and found it to be of any use/help?

Can't see how it would be of any benefit over here to be honest. That said, if you have been through the promotional process in the UK, you would be well placed to go for promotion over here, with a couple of years under your belt.
