Need some advice please!
 

Hello all,

I am an Australian citizen in the job in the UK. The wife has agreed to move with the kids back to WA, the only issue we have now is due to various reasons we have a CCJ (county court judgement) and some outstanding debts. This has been declared to the job here and to be honest they didn't care!

We will not be leaving these behind but will be open and honest and pay it back from OZ.

My question is this, will WAP do a financial check and will this stop my application????

I'm afraid WAPol did ask the applicants for a credit check and this was also requested for the visa. I'm not sure what the threshold is with the credit check or the CCJs will impact - it might be worth emailing their recruitment and asking.
