Help it's driving me potty
Ok, i think i have it. the police say can't apply until you have PR. But 5 years to apply for PR and then get turned down on the paper sift is a lot of wasted time and money.
But reading back people are applying for job and PR at same time or job and and then PNP. Is this right? is there any better way to do it? have i missed somethimg or is it as complicated and longwinded as it seems.

A previous post by you mentions a town called Wanganui - which doesn't sound very Canadian to me 
so without googling it, I'm guessing Oz or NZ?
