If it can help 5200, a friend of mine has applied for basic and intermediate.
After the physical tests, he has been interviewed only for basic and he asked about intermediate, before covid's stuff.
they answered him that they would call him later for the other interview, and that happened, as you.

For me it does not mean that you have not been selected for ast or ad, they are just following their own recruitment logical.

I’ve successfully passed the English test on 08 February (FGIV) and did not received anything since then.
It is so strange.

That it's really strange, I made my English test on 12FEV and on 25FEV I received the email booking to do the Physical test and the interview on 13MAR and 14MAR

HI,

Same here. I know not what to think. It looks like they are taking totally distinct procedures for all 3 levels without giving feedback to each others (?). What kind of info or evaluation do they get from it? Do they value interviews over professional experience and academic achievements? Wouldn't make sense to make candidates fly back to warsaw to do one more interview, even though they already took interviews for other levels.

Anyways, I believe they are currently shortlisting for the next phase (psychological and medical exams) with notifications still to come, otherwise we could have the chancce of knowing it from someone participating in this forum. Besides, it would be very easy to simply reply "dear candidate, you were not selected".

07/02 : Invitation for english test
08/02 : English test and results on the same day
14/02 : Invitation for physical tests & interview
19/02 : Physical tests
20/02 : Interview
05/03 : Request for submission of diplomas etc.

I applied for all 3 levels but the interview was only for basic.
Good news for me I guess. Today I received an email from AD7 recruitment team asking me for another interview for the Advanced level. So, dont lose your hope at all. There is still something going on at the FRONTEX HQ.

Extra bonus (Official info) :If you have applied for all three levels – and you have been shortlisted for all three – you are entitled for interview for every level you have been shortlisted for.It does not mean your results from previous interviews are negative. Results from previous interviews should be known in several weeks.

Hi guys. I hope you are all well.

I wanted to ask to those who have already done the tests in Warsaw
how long do the interview last ? ...
Is there a difference in duration between interviews for the various positions? ... (I applied for AST4).

Frontex is going to do it online now
so I am concentrating on prepare my mind for this ... 🤯😅

Thanks for your feedback.

Hello Claudio, I have a question for you if you can tell us if you already had the physical tests or you were contacted to take the interview after the english test. Thanks

Yes Wuga87!

Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Border and Coast Guard and repealing Council Joint Action n°98/700/JHA, Regulation (EU) n° 1052/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) n° 2016/1624 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

You can also find the next information:

- The costs inception training of the agents (143.000 € per Temporary Agents — 74.000 € per Contract Agents)

- The costs on the annual refreshment training (10.000 €)

- Daily deployment costs (200 €)

- The reduction of these costs by 40% in the case of long-term deployments (which I have been able to deduce from the Frontex regulation, occur when they are more than 4 months old. Can anyone corroborate this?)
