It is quite important to know, because the 0.5 kmph is a deal breaker for most of the candidates.
I asked for the table this morning because I had the same question as you, and I confirm you that the second level is 8.50 km/h.
For the n° of shuttle It is 10 as I remember but with reserve.

Default Frontex Border Guard

Hi guys, this is Enrique from Spain, I recently did the online English test and I am still waiting for the results, my overall score was 75 percent in the core test, but unfortunately I had some problems with the webside in the last part of the listening test, my score in that part was 60 percent. My question is this, do I have to score more than 65% in every part of the test or is enough to have 65% or more in the overall score.
I would appreciate if you guys could answer this question to me. Good luck to all of you and I looking forward to meeting you.

Enrique, go on the Tracktest's internet page and ask them by chat, do it from a computer, it doesn't work by phone.
They will answer you.

In my opinion the overall score is the reference.
If after that, you did the speaking and writing test, then it is ok, because you only take this part if you had succeeded in the receptive skills.

And the 10x10m and sit up time frames are not in proportion to the push ups/shuttle-beep requirements.
I think it really depends on the individual. I did the 10x10 and abs in the first try, but still struggle with the weird narrow stance push ups and the last level of the shuttle run.

That is true. However, if you look at schedules online, the requirement for persons below 30 are less than the requirements for the older. For example:
FRONTEX REQUIREMENTS: Women up to 30 years : 37 times
In the tables online, 37 times is GOOD for 18-25, with 36 the lowest in this range, 36 is ABOVE AVERAGE )

Women 46-47 years: FRONTEX REQUIREMENTS: 27 times
In the tables online, 22-27 is GOOD and more than 27 is EXCELLENT.
Meaning: the requirements are not equal for all ages.
In some schedules, 18-23 situps in one minute for women in their 40's is GOOD.
https://www.abahe.uk/b/Fitness-and-N...-step-test.pdf
The requirements for women 46-47 should be around 22, according to almost all online schedules - which is far more realistic.
27 situps a minute is really a lot in this age range.
On the other hand: the requirements for the shuttle run in that age group are average.

So perhaps that is where the balance in the test shows up...:-)
They have probably thought it through thorougly.

Stanx and Fudockan already gave us relevant information.

I can also give you a little info:

18 candidates, 16 men, 2 women.
From 30 to 50 years old.
13 or 12 have succeeded, the others have failed.

Beware of the flags for the 10×10, it falls easily.
Apart of the flags, If you fell down on the floor you can try again, the crew give you time to recover, they are very friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere was great between the candidates.

the beep test is done all together, the table I already sent is useful, the 7 first shuttles of the level 1 have to be done in 9s, so you have the time, you can engage more energy since the 3rd or 4 th level, depending on your physical shape of course.

You have to respect the right execution technique for the push ups and the abs.
they show you everything before it begins.

Stanx already wrote that Frontex's crew are here to support us and helping us to succeed, it is 100% like that.

the test take place indoor, it is heated and they give us water.

Good luck for the coming candidates, exercice, believe in yourselves and you will do it.

Well done Bro!
Best wishes for the interview tomorrow

hi Shantal. You have a year ahead of you to practice. I am 99% certain i wont pass the physical test but that doesnt stop me from going every day to the gym and push myself untill i colapse. We have great guys here who will join Frontex and i am pretty sure they will advice us with our endevour to be a part of the organisation. Keep your hopes high, if we dont make it now we will certainly do it next time.

I wonder in case that a candidate fails at an activity in physical test would they have a second chance? Can we repeat the specific activity of the test once more?
